About Us

We are residents of 78th Street in Holmes Beach, FL.  We believe Beach access should be available to all!  During the week of April 18, 2022, the beachfront owners of 101 78th Street and the Oceana condominium complex at 100 78th Street unilaterally decided to block public access to the beach claiming it is private property..  The path to the beach has been in open, obvious, continuous and uncontested use for over 50 years.  This is documented in official aerial photos.  Furthermore, there is an easement that accompanies both of these properties providing for beach access on 78th Street.  How are we helping?  We are fighting the closure of this access!!
